There will be important elections for BEPA’s Executive and Advisory Boards and the approval of the 2026 Work Plan\, Budget\, and Membership Fees. And more! \nRULES FOR PARTICIPATION & VOTING: BEPA members are allowed to register two (2) representatives onsite and unlimited representatives to attend the event online. Industry and research members can select one representative with voting rights\, whereas associations have no voting rights. Members who cannot attend can delegate their votes to another member of the same category. \nMATCHMAKING EVENT: The afternoon will be fully dedicated to matchmaking around the 2026 Batt4EU Horizon Europe calls\, giving members the opportunity to build strong consortia and explore project opportunities.
