EIES’ paper, Europe EV & Battery Industry: Revolutionary Change – Or Extinction , will be presented on the 26 February.
The paper, published by Dunne Insights’ automotive expert Michael Dunne, with the support of EIES, makes the security case for Europe to invest in its EV battery independence, putting forth a roadmap in pursuit of strategic autonomy.
The brief calls for Europe to leverage its market access in trade negotiations with China and to adopt strategic measures to reduce dependency on Chinese imports, while also working towards securing frameworks under which partnerships and joint ventures take place.
The webinar would open with a short presentation by Michael Dunne, and be followed by a discussion moderated by Alberic Mongrenier, EIES Executive Director, and address the following questions:
