BEPA is hosting its 8th General Assembly in Brussels on 10 June 2024, from 12.00 - 6.00 PM, and invites its members to join in person and online for a decision-making event!
Batteries European Partnership Association invites its members to participate to the 8th BEPA General Assembly on 10 June 2024, between 12.00 – 6.00 PM, in Brussels, Belgium and online!
During the General Assembly, Members will be informed on the development of the 2025 Work Program and other BEPA Activities, as well as be able to vote to officially inducing new members into the association and to elect new board members.
EVENT PROGRAM
- 12.00 – 1.30 PM Registration and lunch
- 1:30- 3:30 PM Training on Innovation Fund: including future steps, lessons learned and best practises to follow
- 3.30 – 6.00 PM General Assembly

COCKTAIL RECEPTION
Following the General Assembly, members are invited to take part in a delicious cocktail dinner on the rooftop of the Warwick Hotel from where they will be able to enjoy the view of Brussels! The Warwick is located 3 minutes walking from the Hilton Hotel, and the cocktail dinner will take place at 7.00-10.00 PM.
During the cocktail dinner, BEPA has organized an award ceremony titled “Battery Stars”, to celebrate influential figures who contributed to the European battery sector.
