BEPA has recently launched the call for registration to its Working Groups: Only BEPA Members can register in a Working Group. They have until 31 May to name their candidates.
The Technical Working Groups will be the main BEPA bodies tasked with identifying and shaping the key R&I priorities for batteries that will be shared with the European Commission. The Technical Working Groups are essential in developing the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda and the yearly Work Programmes for the Horizon Europe calls going forward.
There will be five technical, permanent Working Groups correspond to five distinct R&I areas key to achieve a competitive, sustainable European battery industrial manufacturing capability and to enable zero-emission mobility and renewable energy storage integration:
Kick-off meetings of the Technical Working Group will be in June, where the attending members will also elect a Core Team who will lead the Working Groups.
